Salimah Ghadan (غدن سليمه ) is an Arabic name meaning: “She will continue to flourish”. I chose my Dance Name for many reasons, not the least of which was its meaning. I love dance and hope to continue dancing until I’m old and grey. For me, dance is very personal but also something that I want to share with the world. As a young girl, dance brought me out of my quiet shell and gave me a way to express myself. Through my study and performance of dance, I have acquired many valuable skills and have had access to great opportunities.
